Bay Harbor Management purchased these buildings in 1990. We have an excellent reputation in the Champaign Urbana area. We have a wide diversity of tenants including students, families, and professionals; some of which have been with us since 1990!

The office is on site and our full time maintenance staff is available 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday and handle emergency calls 24 hours a day. The office staff is available 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday to handle apartment showings, maintenance requests and answer your questions. We are open during the lunch hour and during the summer on Saturdays 11am - 2pm. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
